Nose: Golden Grahams. Sweet Leather. Tobacco Leaf. Herbal Rye Spice. Dark Toffee
Palate: Dark Chocolate, Fudge, Brownie, Tobacco Leaf, Graham Cracker, Herbal Rye Spice, subtle Peppery note.
Mouthfeel: Round, Oily, and it coats your palate from start to finish.
Finish: There's a lingering Warm Chocolate Fudge Brownie that stays on the Palate with hints of Sweet Rye Spice
[⭐] Overall Thoughts! [💭] This is a very Decadent pour that goes on and on with a ton of flavor on the Palate and the Oily mouthfeel that it has. I really do get that Fudge Brownie, probably because I love a Brownie Sunday for Dessert, haha. There's a good amount of Oak maturation here as well being a 9 Year old. Give it a try! It's bound to create a good reaction.

It was a serendipitous moment when David first visited us and I offered to have him join us in tasting through multiple different Barrel Samples.
