Nose is Traditional Rye Spice with a subtle herbal note.
Mouthfeel is round and dense that finishes soft and elegant.
Palate is Traditional Sweet Rye notes with a subtle Floral and Herbal note. The midpalate pops with some Dark Fruit (blackberries, cassis) with some Caramel candy notes.
[💭] Overall: This drinks VERY easy for the proof 129.5 Proof. I'm actually wondering where the heat is on the backend but it finishes really soft and elegant.
