[⭐]  Led by European oak sherry seasoned hogshead casks which provide the foundation with their strong tannin led character and resinous ginger. Ex-bourbon casks bring intense tropical notes of fresh mango and pomelo. Sherry Seasoned American Oak first fill and refill casks bring overall sweetness, balance and complexity including notes of antique oak only found in The Macallan with long maturation. 

[⭐]  ABV of 46.8% was selected as the optimum level to deliver intense viscosity in mouth feel without impacting the subtle and complex layers. 

[⭐]  Minimum marrying period for The Macallan is 28 days, Distil Your World Hong Kong has been married for a minimum of 6-months as Euan Kennedy wanted to give the whisky time for diverse flavors to fully integrate and mirror the diversity of Hong Kong.
