Nose - Herbal Oolong Tea. Earthy, Dark Rye Spice. Floral Earl Grey Tea. Citrus. Plum.

This is a very Fun pour for anyone that enjoys an interesting and complex Rye. The Herbal notes pop out immediately on the nose and leads into the Palate after the first few sips. There's a bright hard candy fruity profile that balances nicely with the earthy Rye Spice.
