💭 Overall Thoughts: I know we all love our super high proof bottles, but I'm really enjoying the 110-115 Proof drinkers recently. This really pops out of the glass on the nose with your usual caramel vanilla and toffee notes but there's an underlying Citrus brightness to it as well. The Palate is rich with Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, Toffee and Dark Chocolate. It's a nice decadent pour with a really great oily mouthfeel. It reminds me of Wheated Bourbon with an almost root beer effervescent vibe to it because of that Citrus brightness. If I blinded this, I might actually think this would be a Wheated Bourbon. There are some subtle cherry and fruity vibes to it as well. The Finish is a residual Cocoa Powder and Toffee note that lingers on your Palate nicely. 🤤
