This 100% pot still rum was distilled at the renowned New Yarmouth Distillery in Jamaica. It matured for 9 years in an ex-Bourbon cask at the distillery before spending more than 8 years in a French Oak Sauternes cask in England. The profile is rare, complex and truly one of a kind. It was carefully hand-bottled and labeled in Florida.
