Nose: Sweet Cherry Oak Bomb!! Warm Cherry Pie. Raspberry Marmalade. Wet Tobacco Leaves. Warm Leather. Dark Brown Sugars. Clove, Nutmeg. Touch of Cracked Pepper.
Palate: Cherry Blowpop. Sweet and Dense Cherry Oak. Dark Cherry Cola Leathery Syrup. Heavily Aged Sweet Oak without being too oxidized or bitter. Brown Sugars and Heavily Toasted Creme Brulee. Toasted Marshmallow. Tobacco. Cloves and touch of Cinnamon Baking Spices and subtle Mocha.
Mouthfeel: Dense, Viscous, Deep, Intense. There's almost an effervescent character that freshens your mouth afterwards.
Finish: There's a lingering Sweet Cherry Oak note that lingers on your Palate forever and ends with a little tannins/dryness.

What an incredible Pour! If you enjoy Ultra Aged Bourbons that have plenty of Sweet Oak and Cherry Pie notes, then this is your Jam!! A lot of really old age stated Bourbons can be drying, tannic, and bitter, BUT this Pick has all of that delicious Sweet Oak and a TON of complexity that starts with the Oak, then leads into the Fruit, then leads into some Spice and rinse and repeat. There's plenty of Cherry Cola Syrup on the palate here too which is delicious. If you've enjoyed Calumet 18YR, Knob Creek 21YR, and other 17/18/19YR NDP Bourbons, you're going to dig this one! [🔥]
