In your hands is a bottle of Scotch history. The Port Dundas distillery was demolished in 2011 after a century of producing some of Scotland’s finest Single Grain Scotch. Their unusual use of American corn, barley and rye was more akin to American whiskey than the all-barley approach of Single Malts.
This INNOCENCE edition was bottled at cask strength, highlighting the exquisitely refined pleasures of superior Single Grain Scotch but retaining the depth and power to satisfy Single Malt die-hards! Please enjoy some of very last Port Dundas to ever exist.
This OPULENCE edition was finished in a first-fill oloroso sherry quarter cask for 6 months and bottled at cask strength, resulting in a dram of intense richness, yet high drinkability. Please enjoy some of the very last Port Dundas to ever exist.
